^^ Tuna sandwich with spinach and tomato on whole wheat bread, a greek salad on the side and plain greek yogurt with frozen blueberries and peaches for dessert. ^^
^^ A chicken greek salad wrap with steamed broccoli leftovers and soy sauce on the side. ^^
^^ Ham sandwich made with leftover ham roast (oh how I miss the convenience of deli meat.. don't even get me started!) cheddar cheese, tomatoes and lettuce. Veggies and ranch dressing on the side, and a fruit salad with plain greek yogurt for dessert. ^^
^^ My ultimate favorite lunch of leftover pizza (ham and pineapple, and greek) with a fresh chopped salad on the side. ^^
^^ Vegetarian sandwich (cheese, cucumber, tomatoes and spinach), veggies and hummus, a naval orange and a granola bar for snack. ^^
^^ Tomato vegetable soup (made with canned tomato soup and frozen veggies added in) with a fresh chopped salad and 2 boiled eggs. ^^
^^ Spinach berry salad with blueberries, blackberries, pecans and feta cheese with homemade balsamic vinegrette dressing. I've read to be careful of cheeses, but the brand of feta cheese we buy is pasteurized (phewf! I don't think I could live without feta cheese!). ^^
